    "content": "Thank you, for this opportunity to contribute to this one. I agree with the rejection by the Committee.I believe that the Committee had sat long enough to come up with three years. They had put their heads together. Therefore, when the Senate reduces it, I do not know if it is for the sake of it or it wants to be seen to have looked at the particular instruments, but I believe the Committee was right to give those timelines because it was well thought out. I, therefore, support, the Committee."
