    "content": "Yes. I just want to acknowledge that we do not just oppose amendments from the Senate. I want to acknowledge the good work that the Senate has done on Clause 40. They were able to amend an oversight that we, as a Committee, had on this amendment. I appreciate that the Cabinet Secretary (CS) is the principal person to make and issue regulations. So, I want to congratulate the Senate for this amendment."
