"content": "We are seeking to delete the exclusion of persons who claim to be acting in good faith when carrying out their duties, or performing their functions. Actions done in good faith are questions of fact, which can be proved by any party adducing evidence in a court depending on the circumstances of each case. So, you do not need to legislate that. You cannot legislate for a factual position. You just need to go to court and produce facts that you are acting in good faith. We do not need exclusions to be provided for by law. It is a matter that you can canvass in court, but not legislate for it here. Thank you."
