"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support the Report of PIC. Privatization in this country has really failed us. The reason it has failed is the teaming up and raiding culture in our country. Anytime there is a Government project in this country, people team up, organize, and strategize in order to raid the country. Telkom Kenya is a very good case study. We should not put this Report in the archives; rather, we should use this case for future protection of our strategic assets. Due diligence should be done and the procurement process should be made public. In fact, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
