    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. At the outset, I strongly support the Committee’s decisions and findings. This is not a matter of pushing something and accepting it just like that. We need to have a strong framework to see that this decision is implemented in the correct manner, because in Kenya today, we have a lot of problems resulting from corruption. We need to discourage people who want to go that direction for the purpose of benefitting themselves, thereby hurting the country."
