    "content": "That. this House recommends that the Cabinet Secretary (CS) Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries finds and holds that his Lordship Justice Anthony Mrima of Kakamega High Court is not qualified to hold an elective office in the name of the National Chairman of ASK and calls for fresh elections of ASK for purposes of electing office-holders to be presided over by a returning officer appointed by the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in accordance with the provisions of the ASK constitution and Elections Rules of 2009."
