    "content": "I know this is a bit of a technical area, but if you want to look at the definition under Article 2, it says Anti-personnel mine is any gadget designed to explode so long as a human being is within the proximity of that gadget. Because of the very nature of the gadget, it tends to cause very severe harm to human beings and especially to children who play without realizing. In my own constituency in the last Parliament, there was a young boy who was killed by one of the gadgets that he found left, and sometimes they stay over years. However, it is worse in countries that have undergone civil wars like West African counties and we have seen in many countries like Sierra Leone where people have lost limbs and suffered consequently."
