    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for this opportunity. I also want to support this Bill. In my area, there are some people who, during the colonial period, put many things which are dangerous. By supporting this Bill, I believe we are going to come up with a formula to assist our people. I also want to add that we need people to change their hearts especially on security. When you see what is happening in Kenya, most of those people who are supposed to do something are not really doing it. Like when we talk about security and corruption, which is in the system, it really takes us backwards and we cannot move forward as a country. Nevertheless, if we can come up with a very good Bill and follow it, it will really give us a way forward as a team."
