    "content": "This is a Bill for an Act of Parliament to provide for the conservation, management and development of fisheries and other aquatic resources, to establish the Kenya Fisheries Service and for connected purposes. It is important to note that there are quite a number of Acts, agreements and other measures and resolutions which have been put in place for so many years, yet they are pieces found all over which need to be put together. As time moves on, we need to put in place proper law which is going to make sure that we develop our fisheries industry."
