    "content": "The need to review the existing Fisheries Act, CAP 378, cannot be overemphasized; we want to have an all-inclusive fisheries management law that is going to make sure that we maximize our fishing. This Bill seeks to give a legal framework for the efficient and effective governance, development and investment in oceans and fisheries in line with the national development policy objectives, and the National Oceans and Fisheries Policies of 2008."
