    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I rise to support this Bill because I understand that when a woman does not have a child or family, it is a big problem. Women tend to suffer more, as I narrated the other day. You remember that Hannah would cry every time she went to church, yet she had a loving husband. The wife of her husband’s colleague would abuse Hannah because she did not have children, and she consistently prayed to God to help her, so that she could be removed from that shame and the ridicule of her husband’s colleague’s wife. God eventually helped her to get children. Hon. Millie has talked freely about how she felt as some people abused her.
