    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this Bill. I stand to support this Bill. It is important that we look at in-vitro fertilization, which is just one of the many ways of assisting couples who cannot get babies. There are other methods as has been indicated by hon. Sang. We have intra-uterine fertilization, or artificial insemination, which is slightly different from in-vitro fertilisation. In this case, the fertilization takes place outside. In the others, we transfer the sperms into the womb at different times."
