    "content": "Thank you, hon Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I am opposed to this Bill by my good friend not for personal reasons but I believe that we are going to precipitate the intention of Kenyans wanting free things a bit too far. The Government has demonstrated by action that it is unable to finance many facilities that are very necessary and we must be prepared. Soon we will even try to bring a Motion to the House to abolish dowry payment, which is bad."
