    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, when we talk about schools we have it is because we have a lot of expansion of schools. Many secondary schools are being opened but the staffing of the schools is so much wanting. You find that there are only six teachers against 12 streams in a secondary school. It makes our schools sub- standard. It makes us produce people who are half-baked. I want to plead with the Government that as much as we speak about free education, we should make sure that staffing and infrastructure is important because many of the students we produce nowadays from the 8-4-4 System of Education are half-baked people. They are not like the old people who used to do the 7-6-3 System of Education."
