    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Bill because basically it is abolishing examination fee. Hon. Speaker, in essence I am affected. Last year, 19 pupils in my constituency missed examinations because of poverty. They were locked out and I do not know if they are going to repeat but what I know is that 19 of them were locked out because they could not pay for the examination fee. Secondly, as somebody mentioned, it is true, it is discriminative because you can imagine a student in Alliance High School being charged the same amount as a student in The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
