    "content": "Before I give the chance to the Leader of the Minority Party to make his contribution, let me say something. Hon. Members, if you look at the Order Paper - I believe hon. George Washington Omondi may have noticed this - the Motion reads that: “THAT, the Senate Amendments to the Division of Revenue Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 11 of 2015) be now considered.” Listening to the various contributions so far, it is like you do not want it to be considered, so that it does not go beyond the Second Reading Stage. Do I understand that the hon. Members also understand it that way?"
