    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker, for this opportunity. I want to support the proposal by the Budget and Appropriations Committee. Hon. Speaker, when we are in this House we are not doing public relations duties; we are rendering service to this country. It is unacceptable for monies to be just given for the sake of “that the counties need more money.” There must be adequate justification and we must know the source of that money."
