This company must be duly registered, have an identity and a base. One week we were told that it was in Dubai; the other week we were told that it was in South Africa; and the other week we were told that it was in London. Eventually, we could not identify its base. Today we cannot tell you who Alcazar is. Nobody knows. Therefore, we want the EACC to investigate."
