    "content": "Fifth, we recommend that the Government should reconsider its privatisation of Telkom Kenya Limited and its recapitalisation and restructuring, in light of the loss- making trend by Telkom Kenya; and in light of the serious security challenges that privatisation has brought to this country. Communication is a quasi-security function. Those who do understand should know that the challenge that the world is facing today is as a result of poorly coordinated communication industry. Are we safe that today Telkom Kenya is in the hands of individuals whose identity and face is not known? Because of this and the fact that the process was flawed, we are saying that the Government of Kenya should reconsider the entire process."
