Member to substantiate because the rules which were spelt out by the Speaker last week were that whenever you make allegations against any Member of this House, you must be in a position to substantiate. The fact that somebody mentioned that some of the Members who have looted or who looted Telkom sit in this House, I would wish that the Member substantiates."
