    "content": "Thank you. I want to confirm that recruitment will commence on Monday as stated, and most of you saw that advertisement in all the newspapers in this country. This time round we will not make mistakes. We have instructed the Cabinet Secretary (CS) and the Inspector General (IG) to ensure that equity is observed to the letter; the recruitment is going to be constituency-based. If you must have two recruitment centres, you will have to divide your quota. So all constituencies will be given their quota and nobody will benefit at the expense of others. We will be treated equally. That has been clarified. I note some vast areas like Laisamis and some parts of Turkana County have asked to have two recruitment centres; they share their own quota. So, everybody will be treated equally and there is going to be no unfairness at all. Thank you."
