    "content": "Thank you. I would like to seek clarification from the Chairman of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on the Cabinet Secretary for Education and schools under him. These schools are all parastatals. You realise that monies have been going to primary schools; money for development and that seems to be a cause of friction when principals or head teachers are asked to account for it. That results into a lot of fire, because there seems to be no regulation."
