    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, on the same day, the House will consider the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Bill, 2014 in a Committee of the whole House. The Fair Administration Action Bill, 2015, will also be slotted for consideration by a Committee of the whole House next week. Also to be considered on the same day is the Report of the Fifth Ordinary Session of the Pan-African Parliament (PAP). It is necessary that the Report is considered by the House, ahead of His Excellency the President’s Address to the PAP mid-May, 2015."
