    "content": "Next week, the House will consider the Senate’s amendments to the Public Service (Values and Principles) Bill, 2014, and the Environmental Management and Co- ordination (Amendment) Bill, 2014. The Bills have constitutional timelines. The Senate amendments were received yesterday. It is, therefore, the hope of the HBC that the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security, and the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources, will have concluded consideration of the amendments. The House should conclude the said Bills before we proceed for our long recess in May, 2015. We hope that the amendments proposed by the Senate will not occasion a mediation process."
