    "content": "I remember the Kenya Airways was also privatised. We heard in the media that the Kenya Airways has a huge debt of about 72 billion, which is a lot of money. Sometimes the meaning of “privatisation” does not hold in this country. All the factories or industries that were privatised like the oil refineries and the Kenya Posts and Telecommunications Corporation are down. The Government needs to look for the chairpersons of these factories in the agricultural sector before they can bring such Motions or amendments to the Floor of the House. As a Member of Parliament for Sirisia in Bungoma County where sugarcane farms are, I support the Motion. The Temporary Deputy Speaker (Hon. Kajwang'): Nominated Member, Oburu Odinga. Members, remember that you have spoken to this subject now; you have flogged the horse dead. I can hear a lot of repetition.
