    "content": "The state of governance in Africa is another issue that was discussed. It was noted that a lot of countries are still not doing well. Kenya was not doing too well, but also not too badly. It was ranked 17 out of 52 while Mauritius was ranked first with 81.7 per cent This, therefore, shows that even though we are putting measures in place to improve governance as a country, we can still do a lot to improve issues of governance."
