    "content": "The second issue I want to talk about is how to resolve conflicts in Africa, particularly in our youngest state of South Sudan. We know that the Republic of South Sudan is grappling with conflict. The PAP should look into this issue and see how we can resolve the situation with a view to assisting that young nation of Africa to get together and move forward."
