    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, a while ago, Mr. Ethuro, the Member for Turkana Central did request for a Ministerial Statement from the Ministry of Local Government relating to the Turkana community in Kitale Town that has been under constant harassment and in danger of eviction. Up to date, the Minister has not given this Statement. Two days ago, members of this community were evicted from their Manur plot and as we speak today, the rains have started, the people of Trans Nzoia are planting and the poor families are out in the cold. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do request that further directions be given as to when the Minister can give this Statement relating to this community. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
