    "content": "The apology is accepted. I was saying that even in our discussions, we have been consulting with the Ministry of Health. They, too, are of a more or less similar stand that with the introduction of the Health Bill and the health policies, some of the issues here are going to be addressed. So, I would request that the consultations between the Mover and the Committee continue as they have been done before. We shall come out with a wider, more comprehensive and better Bill. In the format in which it is, I take the same stand as the Committee which is that I oppose the Bill."
