Members, you will notice that the next Order pertains to a Motion in respect of adoption of the Report of the Budget Committee on the Budget Policy Statement for the Year 20011/2012. But hon. Members, I have received intimation, and, indeed, considered a matter, which is being raised by the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations that they deem, in their opinion, ought to have been carried in this Report, but it is not yet properly or fully transacted. So, on that basis, I direct that the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations is afforded adequate time to makes its presentations to the Committee, and the Committee then makes a decision, which I then, as the Speaker, will consider whether or not it is suitable, to be incorporated in the Report."
