    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, orders were made, as it has been said by the hon. Member, but the court did not terminate the proceedings wholly. The court would have moved suo moto and terminated the proceedings. The court did not terminate the proceedings since it allocated 16th April 2015 as the date when all parties will be invited, including the Clerk of the National Assembly, to make presentations. At that particular moment, the court will decide whether to terminate the case or not. However, for now, the matter is live in court. It is active and ongoing."
