I think I heard the Chairman of the Powers and Privileges Committee, in his submission on the Floor of this House saying that they were inquiring into whether these Members had breached the provisions of the Privileges Act. Actually, they did not find that they had done so other than to say that they made allegations against each other which they could not substantiate. That is what this recommendation is about. The Chairman of the Powers and Privileges Committee is here in the House and he should respond to that."
