From the outset, I want to take this opportunity on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Muhoroni to extend our most heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the bereaved families. It is worth knowing that any leader worth his salt, who takes the oath of office to lead a country, knows that he is going to lead the citizens and their property. We have seen very casual approach and concern on the side of the present Government such that each time we have calamities like what happened in Garissa, within a short time, we have treated---the Government behaves as if there is something very serious.
