I wish to ask the Vice Chairperson whether the Government is aware of the presence of technology which can be used to address this issue and whether the Government can attempt to use technologies which have been used in areas that manage large herds of animals. This can be done in this area. We have various systems like the BoLA and the texting systems where we can ring a cow and find out where it is. That way, we can sort out all these problems of putting military forces on the ground. We simply need to find out where the cow is."
