"content": "Therefore, for you to want to curtail that debate on the basis of where the money is coming from or even telling Kenyans that you are going to raise taxes, we are talking about the taxes that are already available and which have been raised. With some of those issues, we will bring this matter to an amicable solution. I am personally persuaded that of the two occasions where we have involved the Mediation Committee, we have reached an amicable solution as to the two Houses of Parliament. I do not expect us to depart on this particular case as we have already proven. Let us give the mediation process an opportunity and I hope this matter will be concluded to the satisfaction of both Houses. Hon.
