    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you for allowing me to contribute in support of this Motion. Our worries in the Senate were highlighted when we read in the papers that one of our employees, who has been working here for a long time, is a suspect. We do not know if there are others who are yet to be arrested. That makes us afraid to even to come to this Senate. We are afraid because we are human beings, especially after the Garissa attack. We have had several Motions of Adjournment to discuss security matters in Mandera, Wajir, Garissa and other places but nothing much has come out of our discussions. We just talk and that is all. I hope this will not be the usual story where we talk, air views and nothing happens. We hope that security will be reinforced in Parliament and especially in the Senate.
