    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, just before we went on recess, I had sought a Statement on the matter of cash transfers. The Chair of the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare had unsuccessfully attempted to give a Statement which was rejected by the House and was required to come back with another Statement. We came back from recess. I think this is a matter that the House should take into account so that we do not lose focus because it is a very important matter for the nation. Therefore, it should be addressed."
