    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, before we went on recess I sought two Statements; one from the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights and the one from the Committee on Defence and Foreign Affairs. I had sought to be told the status of hiring youth from the National Youth Service (NYS) to go for jobs in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). I am still waiting for that. STATUS OF MUMIAS SUGAR COMPANY I had also sought to be informed on the promised funding of Mumias Sugar Company by the National Treasury and to be told why the KPMG audit report on Mumias Sugar Company which listed the managers who looted the company and why action has not been taken by either the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) or the Office of the DPP. I have been waiting for these answers."
