    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have discussed with the Senator for Kiambu. I will table the Statement next week, but we have agreed on two actions that we are taking as a Committee. One, our Committee will on Monday visit Kiambu County. We will liaise with him because one of the requests he made is for us to visit. Secondly, we, as the Committee, are directing that the County Government of Kiambu suspends the application of that law, the Finance Act of 2014, until this Committee is satisfied that it meets the requirements of the Constitution. On Monday, we will be in Kiambu and we will address that issue."
