    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a follow up to what the Chairperson of the Committee on County Public Accounts and Investments has said. When we, as a Senate, suspended the funding to the four counties, it was pursuant to a provision of the Constitution where a resolution to that effect could be made by Parliament. My question to you is: What provision either of law, Standing Order or Constitution have you pursued to effect that kind of a drastic resolution?"
