    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I stand to support that amendment and for the benefit of the House, I, as the sponsor of the Bill had written in the Bill that the body to run the affairs of the potato industry to be known as “The National Potato Council.” However, we realised somewhere along the way that there is an organization called “The National Potato Council of Kenya” and because of the name, I had actually thought it is an official body. But later on when seeking the views of the Ministry of Agriculture, we realised that this is actually a private company. So, this amendment is quite in order and the name proposed by the committee, “Potato Board of Kenya” is quite in order and I support."
