    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 7 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause- (1) There shall be an Executive Officer of the Board who shall be competitively recruited and appointed by the Board, in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary. (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “council” appearing immediately after the words “Executive Officer of the” and substituting therefor the word “Board”. (c) in sub-clause (3) by- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
