    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 9 and substituting therefor the following new clause- 9. The procedure of the conduct of affairs of the Board shall be as provided in the Third Schedule but subject thereto, the Board may regulate its own procedures. That is for the same reason that it is a consequential amendment. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
