We should purchase it when the prices are low and when the prices go up, we will not be required to purchase anything. As we speak now, Kenya is a leading manufacturer in East and Central Africa. Oil or energy for that particular matter is a key component as a factor of production. Our commodities will not be able to sell both in the local and regional markets when the prices go up."
