    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 17 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “Council” appearing immediately before the words “shall promote the use of” and substituting therefor the word “Board”; (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “Council” appearing immediately before the words “shall take steps” and substituting therefor the word “Board”. Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, this is a consequential amendment to reflect the change of name."
