    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I was going to support that particular amendment and say that I am aware that in some counties the potato industry is the lifeline of many of our citizens. The fact that we are giving them an opportunity to form committees within the counties and address issues relating to potato farming and the challenges is an important provision. I feel strongly that I should express these words in support."
