    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move that Clause 19 be further amended by inserting the words “of caterers and” in (3). It will now read as follows:- “In the case of the capital city or an urban county in which there are no potato farmers, the membership to the county committee specified under sub- clause (2)(b) shall instead consist of three persons representing association of caterers and processors of potato products nominated by the Council of Governors.”"
