    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 23 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1) by deleting the words “one hundred and ten” appearing immediately after the words “potatoes shall be” and substituting therefor the word “fifty”. Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, the amendment to sub-clause one seeks to reduce the standard weight for a bag or package of potatoes from ten kilograms as set out in the Bill to 50 kilogrammes in order to align the provision to the international standards of packaging such wares"
