    "content": "Clause 27 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1) by- (a) deleting the word “Council” appearing immediately after the words “expenses of the” in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the word “Board”; and (b) deleting the word “Council’s” appearing immediately after the words “necessary to fulfill the” in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the word “Board’s”.
