    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause- (1) The Board shall cause to be kept all proper books and records of accounts of the income, expenditure, assets and liabilities of the Board. (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the word “Council” appearing immediately after the words “appointed by the” and substituting therefor the word “Board”. (c) by deleting subclause (3) and substituting therefor the following new subclause- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
